If you are looking to buy commercial office I would recommend finding deal for maximum $220 per sq. foot of finished product. If that’s new construction (gray shell) the maximum price should be $180-$190 (but honestly there are not any like that).

Some offices are already long time on the market (12 months), but negotiating is still tough in Las Vegas. Many owners believe that prices will still go up, which I think is really hard to believe. I am expecting correction in office buildings so if you are not in rush wait and see…
