Office Bldg. Sells for $2.2M

TSE Holdings LLC has sold the multi-tenant office building located at 8978 W. Nevso Drive. The building constructed last year sold to private investor Ron Bures for $2.24 million, or roughly $195 per square foot.

The 11,520-square-foot, single-story office building sits on approximately one acre. It consists of 15 built-out offices, a kitchen, reception desk, utility rooms and an open work area.
