New Airport Office Bldg.

Stoltz Management Co. and GoldenTree InSite Partners began contruction of a new office building this month at the Hughes Airport Center. The Sunset Pilot Plaza, a 180,000-sf office development, consists of two three-story buildings with glass and steel exteriors on a nine-acre site at the intersection of Sunset and Pilot roads, adjacent to McCarran International Airport.
Projected cost estimates are in excess of $50M. The first building is scheduled to complete in the first quarter of 2008, the second in 2009.
