Private investors, Ridgewood-Oxnard LLC and Ridgewood-San Diego LLC have traded the Ridgewood Apartments at 3355 Arville St. in Las Vegas, for $8.6 million, or about $76,800 per unit.

The two-story apartment building was built in 1977. It totals 89,472 square feet on sits on 5.75 acres. The unit mix is comprised of 112 total units of 24 one-bed/one-bath units and 88 two-bed/one-bath units.
