The Martinez Family Trusts has sold the Coronado Medical Center Building located at 9067 W. Post Road. Las Vegas-based Buckley Trust purchased the 5,520-square-foot office building for $2.02 million, or approximately $367 per square foot. The property sold with a 6.7% cap rate.
The single-story building, built in 2005, is a part of the Coronado Medical Center. The location offers access to Southern Hills Hospital, Rhodes Ranch and Southern Highlands.
