California-based B.F. Management has purchased the Mirabella Apartments located at 2850 E. Bonanza Rd. The 344-unit multifamily complex was sold by the Eagle Real Estate Group for $23.3 million, or approximately $67,700 per unit.

Sitting on 13.8 acres, the complex totals 269,642 square feet in 22 buildings, with a unit mix including 100 one-bed/one-bath units, 92 two-bed/one-bath units, 128 two-bed/two-bath and 24 three-bed/two-bath units.
