V & D Investments purchases Piedmont Springs Apt.

G&S Investors, Sunrise LLC has sold the Piedmont Springs Apts. to V&D Investments. The complex, located at 1700 N. Lamb Blvd. sold for $8.45 million, or $84,500 per unit, with a 5.7% cap rate.

The 100-unit, two-story apartment building, built in 1990, sits on 3.86 acres and totals 98,950 square feet. All units at Piedmont Springs consist of two bedrooms and two baths.
