Leasing Opportunities Geared to Hispanic Community
Plaza Las Americas Shopping Center is a 31,000-square-foot, two building project currently under construction at 536 and 546 North Eastern Avenue in Las Vegas. The development is expected to cater specifically to the needs of the growing Hispanic community in Las Vegas.
Signed tenants include Centravel, Gomez Consulting, My Dreams, La Cocinita, El Rodeo, Western Wear and others. Rob Lujan, vice president, leasing and brokerage for Gatski Commercial Real Estate Services, said RCS Development is working to attract a small grocery store or Hispanic market for Plaza Las Americas as well as a restaurant/bar with gaming, plus other neighborhood service users such as an insurance company, a real estate company, a sandwich shop, pizza restaurant, coffee shop and medical or dental user.
The $12 million Plaza Las Americas is already 50% leased with a planned fourth quarter 2007 delivery.
