The company, which has a portfolio of approximately 30 buildings, has predominantly focused on investors from Asian countries, such as Korea and Japan.
What a great idea how to get access to millions through foreign investors who are interested in getting permanent visa in the USA. Many real estate developers cannot afford to develop projects with cash… Liebman really strikes gold with this.
