Homes in Las Vegas below $100 per sq. foot

It has been long time ago when I saw last time so many single family homes for less than $100 per sq. foot. Last time I saw similar prices was in 2001. After that prices in Las Vegas skyrocketed to over $200/sq. foot.

If you look at current rents $1,200-$1,400 per sq. foot and possibility to buy such a home for $160,000-$180,000 you are getting sound investment opportunity. Very interesting times.
